1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Dispatch timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (the day after tomorrow) from the date the order is confirmed and payment is received.

Shipping duration: Once dispatched, our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 8 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

2. Returns and Replacements

Unboxing Video Policy: To ensure a fair and efficient resolution, an unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.

Requirement details:

  • The video must be continuous and start from the moment the sealed parcel is opened (showing the shipping label clearly).
  • The video must clearly show the condition of the product and any damage or missing items.
  • Requests for replacements or refunds will not be entertained without a clear, unedited unboxing video.

Notification: Any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us via zaidimitation@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9321232295 within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy

As a general policy, refunds are not provided once an order is placed. Refunds will be considered only in the event that the ordered product is unavailable/out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded through the original method of payment (or an alternative method as mutually agreed).

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct at the time of purchase.

5. Product Disclaimer

Since our products are imitation jewelry, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings. We take every effort to ensure our product photos represent the actual items as accurately as possible.
